As of 31st January 2025, all carriers/hauliers will be legally responsible for submitting accurate and timely safety and security declarations to the UK Government for all goods entering the United Kingdom.
The UK Government does not offer a free solution to submit Safety & Security Declarations and so, in order to submit am ENS declaration, hauliers and carriers must obtain access to expensive software, build their own software or enlist the support of a reliable and competent intermediary agent, such as Kinnes Shipping.

Preferably email the import or export clearance to us, along with the commercial invoice.
We will issue your ENS declaration document to you as well as your MRN.
If you are selected for inspection, you will be advised by your GMR however, we will also notify by email.
