You are unlikely to be able to complete your transport booking until you have export clearance document. In instances where it is not required for transport booking, preferably aim for 4-hours prior to arrival.
In order for us to submit a UK Export Clearance on your behalf, you must have a GB EORI number and sign a Letter of Authorisation. This is taken care of in the onboarding process.
We have partners in Germany, Poland and the Netherlands that can facilitate EU import clearance however, your trade partner in the EU will require an EU EORI and must be willing to sign a document to provide authorisation to our partner.
